Visit majestic pyramids at Dzibanche and the multi-level Mayan city of Kohunlich for a full day of culture and history. See ruins of two separate Mayan communities, lost for centuries in isolated jungle near the border of Belize. Known for its splendid temples and beautiful pottery, Dzibanche was once a ruling city. A monument to Mayan history, Kohunlich is an immense site exhibiting a broad scope of architecture, with many areas not yet excavated.

Guests in wheelchairs and others with limited mobility should not select this tour.

The Mexican government charges a $8.00 to $10.00 usd fee for the use of video equipment inside the ruins (tripods screens or professional video cameras are not allowed).

Hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable walking shoes and bottled water are highly recommended.
